Here we go again!

Where did Christmas and New Year go?  We hope you had a good time and wish you a happy and prosperous New Year!

It's back to rehearsal for the band this evening (Tuesday 6 January) after a well-earned break.  2014 finished on a real high with the performances in Collingham at  the start of December and in the Newark Town Hall Ballroom for the local MP and band president, Robert Jenrick just before Christmas.  

We already have a few bookings coming in for 2015 including Newark's Palace Theatre again in September (date to be finalised) courtesy of our sponsors and patrons, Tony Marriott and Geoffrey Foulds.  In the summer we're playing at Upton Fete once more and hopefully we will also be able to secure a spot for in the Newark Castle grounds as we've somehow  missed out for the last three years!  A new venue for us will be in Radcliffe-on-Trent.
